The User agrees that it shall, at all times, ensure compliance with all the requirements applicable to its business and for the purposes of this Terms, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, value-added tax, excise and import duties, as the case may be, etc. It further declares and confirms that it has paid and shall continue to discharge all its obligations towards statutory authorities.
The User expressly authorizes the Company to use its trademarks/copyrights/designs/logos and other intellectual property owned and/or licensed by it for the purpose of reproduction on the Platform and at such other places as the Company may deem necessary. It is expressly agreed and clarified that, except as specified agreed in this Terms, each party shall retain all right, title and interest in their respective trademarks and logos and that nothing contained in this Terms, nor the use of the trademarks/logos in the publicity, advertising, promotional or other material in relation to the Service(s) shall be construed as giving to any party any right, title or interest of any nature whatsoever to any of the other party's trademarks and/or logos.
The Company's Website, this Platform and its any other platforms, as well as the information and materials that it contains, are the property of the Company and its licensors, and are protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by copyright law, trademark law, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws. Purchases will be processed through the online payment gateway exclusively. The Users are requested to note that the online payment gateway to be used by the company is provided to Us by a payment gateway provider, being a separate entity; thus, the online payment gateway has its own terms and conditions, which you are accepting by making a payment through such gateway.
Please note that the payment link will remain active according to the terms and conditions set by the payment gateway provider.
Failure to pay the insurance premium within the specified time period can lead to the loss of insurance coverage, resulting in the termination of your policy.
All payments and purchases for any product or Service(s) made available through the Website shall be subject to applicable VAT of 5%.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payments.
The price, as displayed at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on a transaction receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
The User (cardholder) shall retain a copy of the transaction receipt and the Company's policies and rules, including these Terms and Conditions.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email/SMS/messenger within 24 hours of receipt.
All the registered Users shall be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of his/her account.
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund, in most cases, will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase within ten (10) to forty-five (45) days, depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
No refund will be offered when a Service(s) is deemed to have commenced and is, for all intents and purposes, in progress. The Users are to be aware that the policies for a particular insurance product are purchased for and on behalf of a certain insurance company. Any and all refunds shall be directed to such specific insurance company the insurance product has been purchased from.

"Data" means any and all identifiable information about Users and their affiliates, as the case may be, generated or collected by the Company or the User, including but not limited to the User's name, email addresses, Service(s) availed, phone numbers, and the User's preferences and tendencies. The User agrees that it will only use the Data in complying with its obligations in this Terms.
The User represents, warrants, and covenants that it will not resell or otherwise disclose any Data to any third party, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever.
The User acknowledges that the Service(s) may contain information which is designated as confidential by the Company and that You shall not disclose such information without the Company's prior written consent.
By submitting Content, the User hereby grants Us an irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty-free right to utilize the Content for any purpose, including but not limited to, providing the Content to third parties integrated with the Policy24.ae platform, such as professional advisers, service providers, technology and service partners, payment systems operators, and financial institutions. The User expressly waives and renounces any and all claims, including moral rights and attribution, concerning the User's Content that may be asserted against Us by any third-party services or their users.
We may obtain business addresses, phone numbers, and other contact information from third-party vendors who obtain their Data from public sources. We have no control over, and make no representation or endorsement regarding the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality, completeness, timeliness or quality of any products, services, advertisements and other Content appearing in or linked to the Service(s).
The User indemnifies and shall hold indemnified the Company, its partners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from and against all losses, damages, claims, suits, legal proceedings and otherwise howsoever arising from or in connection with any claim, including, but not limited to, claims for any infringement of any intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party or of law, concerning quality, quantity and any claim in relation to the User's products, the breach of any of the User's warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of its obligations under this Terms of Company's Website or any obligations arising out of the User infringing any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, or taxes, etc. This clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Terms.
You expressly hereby release and waive all claims against the Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, co-branders or other partners, and employees from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys' fees) of every kind and nature, arising from or in any way related to Your use of the Company's Website. The User agrees and acknowledges that it shall be solely liable for any claims, damages, or allegations arising out of the Service(s) through the Platform and shall hold the Company harmless and indemnified against all such claims and damages. Further, the Company shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising out of any negligence, misconduct, or misrepresentation by the User or any of its representatives.
The Company under no circumstances shall be liable to the User for loss and/or anticipated loss of profits, or for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the subject matter of this Terms, regardless of the type of claim and even if the User has been advised of the possibility of such damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or loss of business, unless such loss or damages is proven by the User to have been deliberately caused by the Company.
In the event of policy cancellation, eligibility for a refund will be governed by the terms of your specific insurance policy and the motor unified policy. Please be aware that if any claims have been made against the policy, this may negate eligibility for a refund. Additionally, should a refund be applicable, it may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the policy terms and conditions provided by your insurer.
To facilitate the cancellation process, your insurer may require supplementary documentation. Timely submission of these documents is crucial to avoid delays in processing your cancellation request. In the event of cancellation of this Terms, the Company shall remove and shall discontinue the Service(s) provided to the User on its Platform with immediate effect.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damages (direct, indirect or inconsequential) incurred by the User by virtue of termination of this Terms.
During the period under notice, both parties shall be bound to perform their obligations incurred under this Terms, and this sub-clause shall survive the termination hereof.
The substantive law of this Agreement and the substantive law to be applied in any dispute, as referred to in Article 15.2, shall be the law of of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate Dubai, without regard to the Company or the Website of its conflict of law provisions. or the User's state or country of residence.
Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with this Agreement (whether contractual or non-contractual in nature) shall be construed and resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate Dubai. The User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the U.A.E., as regards claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company and its affiliates, and each of its respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with this Terms and Conditions, the Website and any use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
